The Oakland Schools Finance Team for Special Education supports districts in the process of obtaining federal, state and county generated dollars that are designated for the provision of special education services and programs within Oakland County.

Some of the many services provided to the districts of the county include the calculation and distribution of tuition payments for students in center classroom placements; projections for PA18 distributions; assistance in development and reporting of Federal IDEA fund grants on MEGS; guidance in completion of the Michigan 4096 special education added-cost reports and technical assistance with related financial issues.
