The Continuous Improvement and Monitoring System (CIMS) is designed to assist public schools in the analysis and interpretation of district data and respond in actions that promote positive student outcomes and ensure compliance with federal, state and county rules/regulations.

Oakland Schools provides consultation, technical assistance and monitoring to the public schools of Oakland County.
