Early Childhood Special Education

Michigan Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs and services are provided by the public schools of Oakland County and include special instruction and related services for young children, prior to entering Kindergarten, who qualify under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (Part C or Section 619 of Part B).

Oakland Schools provides consultation, technical assistance and professional learning opportunities to the public schools of Oakland County.
